CASA FANTASTICA
THE VILLA: Casa Fantastica is one of Manuel Antonio's most secluded and exclusive homes. This is a large 10,000 sq ft home with panoramic ocean views from the pool and balconies. Constructed in 2009 this villa is located in private all-residential area secluded amongst the lush green forest. The house features two wings with 8 bedrooms on three levels. The home was made from exotic woods, limestone, custom tiles and terrazzo, as well as many functional and artful uses of glass.
POOL and JACUZZI: There is a large infinity edge pool that is 18 meteres long and 10 meters wide with a shallow end that forms a “beach” for easy entrence into the pool. Lounge chairs surrounds the pool in addition to a 20-person Jacuzzi adjacent to the pool.
KITCHEN: Upon entrance to the villa there is a flat-screen TV, stereo, iPod dock and DVD player. The kitchen features a six burner stove, large microwave and oven, dishwasher, 3 sinks, additional drink fridge, and 20 bottle wine chiller. There is also a double sized BBQ.
DINING: The round dining table can seat up to 12 people inside comfortably and can sit upwards of 30 people outside.
BEDROOMS: There are 8 bedrooms (7 kings and 3 single beds) in addition to 8 private baths with showers, 3 whirlpool tubs and 3 additional ½ baths.
GAMEROOM: The gameroom features a pool table, air hockey, foosball, ping pong, darts and a flat screen TV. Please note there is unlimited Wi-Fi Internet for all guests.
CINEMA: Seating for up to 30 with a digital projector, sound system, fridge and microwave are in the cinema room.
GYM: 500 sq ft with 2 stationary bikes, a treadmill, weights and a universal machine.
