TENTATIVE ITINERARY FOR WEEK IN COSTA RICA
The itinerary listed below is a way to help you get an idea for what the week will look like in Costa Rica. We split the week so that half the week is spent with the group doing wedding activities and the other half of the week has free time built in for you to explore and enjoy the area on your own.
DAY 1: ARRIVAL
Am:
The morning and day will primarily consist of travel from the United States to Costa Rica. Transportation has been arranged for people from SJO airport to Manuel Antonio Costa Rica.
Pm:
Upon arrival to the villas everyone will need to find their respective bedrooms and prepare for the complete group to come together for a welcome dinner at Villa 1.
DAY 2: BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTY
Breakfast at Villa 1 and 2
Am:
An open morning for all. We will be gathering information on nearby churches for service options for those interested others may explore the nearby area.
Afternoon:
Group activity: Snorkeling/Boat tour – dinner aboard
Pm:
The men and women will be split into respective gender groups. Activities TBD.
DAY 3: ADVENTURE DAY
Breakfast/Dinner at Villa 1 and 2
Group activity: Rapeling/Adventure Tour (Split AM/PM Groups)
DAY 4: THE WEDDING DAY
Breakfast/Dinner at Villa 1 and 2
Am:
Wedding preparation, possible yoga for guests interested
Pm:
Wedding (Villa 2) and post wedding reception (Villa 1), music, dancing
DAY 5: FREE DAY
Breakfast/Dinner at Villa 1 and 2
This is a free day to recover from the wedding. Guests are free to schedule activities of their choice through the concierge, go the beach or town or relax at the villa.
DAY 6: FREE DAY
Breakfast at Villa 1 and 2
Am:
This is a free day to recover from the wedding. Guests are free to schedule activities of their choice through the concierge, go the beach or town or relax at the villa.

Dinner at Villa 1 and 2
DAY 7: LAST DAY IN COSTA RICA
Breakfast at Villa 1 and 2
Am/Afternoon:
This is the last full day in Costa Rica. It will be open for people to schedule activities, go the beach or town or relax at the villa.
Pm:
A group “last supper” scheduled for the guests at Villa 1
DAY 8: LEAVING COSTA RICA
Breakfast at Villa 1 and 2
Departure by van back to San Jose
